Where our cut comes from
The shipper pays the carrier's price plus our fee — nothing else. The fee tapers with the size of the load: 5% up to €500, 3% up to €1,500, 2% above, with a €12 minimum and a €150 cap. Work the same lane with the same partner and it drops to 1.5% after five bookings and 1% after twenty — staying with us should cost less than going around us. The fee pays for the matching, the payment rail, the documents and support. Both sides see their own number before they say yes. We're the platform, not the carrier — the transport contract is directly between shipper and carrier.
