Transparency is the product.
A marketplace moving real goods lives or dies on transparency, a clear payment flow and accountability. Here is exactly how paky.io handles each — as the platform that connects the two sides, not as the carrier.
Carrier documents
Carriers upload their company registration, VAT status, transport licence and insurance certificate. We display them with the offer and flag expiring documents, so you can see who you're booking. paky.io is the platform — the transport contract is directly between shipper and carrier.
Clear payment flow
The shipper pays through paky.io — by card or QR invoice. On the card flow the carrier's price is held and released after proof of delivery. Carriers stop chasing 60-day terms; shippers don't wire money to a company they've never met.
Document custody
CMR, POD, insurance certificates and invoices are stored on the platform, attached to the booking they belong to. Disputes are resolved from records, not memories.
Performance scoring
On-time rate, completed bookings, cancellations and disputes feed a reliability score. It's shown as a badge on offers and directly affects match priority — good operators get more freight.
Data isolation
Carriers see operational shipment details only — never a shipper's commercial history. Shippers see reliability badges before booking, full carrier identity after. Contact reveals are audit-logged.
Claims process
Damage or delay? Open a claim on the booking. Our operators investigate with the documents already in the system, and payouts can be held while a claim is open.
Questions about how the platform works?
We're the technology that connects shippers and carriers — the transport contract is directly between them.
